We used TM5 to sell our home in College Station after finding a new job across the country. We had a fairly short timeline to move out and get the house listed, so one of our priorities was being able to sell and close on the home after we had already moved out.
We met with several different realtors including Mr. Murphy. When we met with Mr. Murphy, we were both impressed by his professionalism and in particular with the care he took in preparing our listing.
He took a full 24 hours to give us an estimated price listing for our house, and we believed his estimate was a particularly fair estimate for the price of the home - a number of other realtors were willing to just go along with higher prices if we said we hoped to get that, while I thought Mr. Murphy's prices were far more accurate.
In the end, the price that our home sold for was right within the range he quoted us, with only a minor price discount needed to get the offer accepted.
We moved out of our home before the house was sold, and were actually able to negotiate with our final buyer through Mr. Murphy over text, including messaging back from a park in Maryland!
We were able to finish all of our documents virtually, and the TM5 representative Raelle was extremely responsive when we had questions - including replying to a text rapidly while we were sitting with a notary trying to figure out which lines needed to be completed.
She was also particularly helpful when the US Postal Service somehow couldn't deliver the last set of keys upon closing leading to a couple day shipping delay while the Keys went back and forth.
We would absolutely work with TM5 again if we were to have the opportunity to buy or sell in this area again.

Where do I begin... I literally love this man!!! Terrence Murphy is not only our realtor, but my wife and I are proud to call he and Erica our friends. We decided to sell our home during one of the most crowded markets that BCS has seen in years.
In addition, our home was in a location and at a price point that made it much more challenging to sell. After a few months we realized that we needed to make some major changes and we were probably going to have to get very lucky to find exactly the right type of buyer or we wouldn't get our son to Austin in time for the new school year.
I called Terrence and said, "I trust you man. Tell me what to do and I'll do it." Terrence told us not to drop the price, but rather to remodel our "bonus" room (which was our son's play room) and make it into a bedroom with an office.
We agreed and the next day he showed up with two different contractors and designers and got us bids and proposals to get us started.
